Rental Hours

Half Day Rental – 9am-12:30pm or 1pm-4:30pm
Full Day Rental – 9am-4:30pm

Our offices hours are Mon-Sat – 9am-3:30

How Long Are The Rentals?

We offer 3.5 hour, 7.5 hour, and multi-day or weekly rentals.

What If I Arrive Late/Return Late?

If you arrive late for the start of your rental, the stop time does not change! Late returns may be charged $25 for every 15 minutes past the end of your rental period!

Is A Deposit Required?

An advance reservation of more than 7 days requires 50% deposit. Reservations less than 7 days prior require payment in full.

What If I Have To Cancel?

Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to rental date for full refund of deposit. There is no cancellation less than 7 days prior to rental date.

What If The Weather Is Bad?

If your boating time is reduced due to rain in Whitehall, we will give a partial refund. If it rains all day, in Whitehall, you get a full refund. The decision is not made until the day of your rental, after 1:00 pm. There are no cancellations based on the forecast. For rentals of 3+ consecutive days, there are no refunds for inclement weather.

Do You Offer Discounts?

Do I Have To Pay For Fuel?

Prices do not include fuel. Like a car rental, you start with a full tank of gas and you refuel when you’re done. Fuel consumption will vary depending on your usage. On average, you can plan on $8-$12 per hour of boating for gas. A Gas dock is conveniently located next door to our marina.

Can I Rent Water Sports Gear?

We do not rent tubes, skis, or any other water sports equipment. Sorry!

Where Are You Located?

We are located 410 Lake St, Whitehall, MI 49461. If you have trouble finding us please call (231) 894-5622 for directions.

Where Can I Take The Boat?

Our customers are encouraged to explore White Lake and it’s bays. Sorry, Lake Michigan is prohibited.

Is There Any Training Or Boat Inspection?

We will familiarize the operator with the boat and safety equipment, and condition of boat and safety equipment will be documented on our Rental Agreement: Rental Agreement

Are There Restrictions On Who Can Rent?

You must be at least 25 years old and have prior boating experience. No boating license is required in the State of Michigan.

Can I Bring A Pet?

Responsible pet owners can bring their family dog(s) for $25 SERVICE FEE and a signed Pet Addendum on file.

What Kind Of Safety Gear Is Included?

Each boat is equipped with all US Coast Guard required emergency equipment, including life jackets.
